Kelli Perpuly
Born in Mexico City, Javier Mercado moved to Loreto in 1990 to work as Marketing Director for FONATUR (Mexican National Trust for Tourism Development). During this period, he represented the Mexican government in many national and international real estate conventions including ALIS, ULI, ARDA, AMDETUR. Javier has remained current in all areas of real estate transactions by attending numerous courses and seminars in the field of real estate investment. Javier possesses 25 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate, time share, and the Fideicomiso process required to purchase Mexican real estate by foreigners. Javier is a member of the Mexican Association of Realtors, Realtors of the United States, Vice-president of Lion’s Club International in Loreto, Executive Secretary of Grupo Ecologista Antares, teaches a course in tourist marketing at the Universidad de Baja California Sur campus in Loreto, and is a Member of Commerce Camera of Loreto and the Committee crafting the Loreto’s new Master Plan.
